DYM achieved a record-high number of container shipments last week as global market demand continues to rise

Following the launch of its new smart dental integrated treatment chair last week, Foshan DYM Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. has announced another success — last week’s single-week shipment volume hit a new high for the year.

A large number of containers, including the new smart dental chairs and key dental equipment, departed from the Foshan production base to more than 20 countries and regions worldwide, demonstrating the brand’s strong competitiveness and market recognition in the domestic and international dental equipment market. According to the head of DYM’s logistics department, this large-scale shipment covered multiple product lines, with the newly released A9+KH-9005 smart dental chair accounting for 45% of the total. The rest included classic dental treatment chairs, auxiliary dental diagnostic devices, and accessories. To meet the urgent demands of global customers, the company recently implemented a 24-hour shift production mode at its production base. The supply chain team coordinated in advance with raw material suppliers and logistics companies to ensure efficient operation throughout the entire process, from production and assembly to packing and transportation. As a result, the number of containers shipped in a single week increased by 60% compared with the same period last month and by 85% compared with the same period last year, achieving impressive results.

“This shipping surge not only reflects the market’s positive response to our new smart dental chairs but also demonstrates global customers’ recognition of  DYM’s 18 years of brand strength,” said the Director of DYM’s Overseas Marketing Department. According to the order distribution, the demand is strongest in the European and Southeast Asian markets, accounting for 32% and 28% of this shipment, respectively. Among them, dental clinics and medical equipment distributors in Germany, Italy, Thailand, Malaysia, and other countries have seen year-on-year order growth exceeding 100%. In addition, orders from the North American market have also steadily increased, accounting for 18% of the total, mainly driven by mid-sized and small dental institutions upgrading their equipment.

It is worth noting that to ensure efficient delivery, DYM has shortened the transportation cycle by 3-5 days by optimizing shipping routes and booking slots in advance. Meanwhile, the company’s after-sales team is fully prepared to provide services to global customers through a combination of online remote guidance and collaboration with local service providers, offering equipment installation, debugging, and operational training, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience.

Industry analysts point out that against the backdrop of growing global demand for dental medical equipment and increasing consumer expectations for intelligent and user-friendly treatment devices, DYM has successfully seized market opportunities with continuous technological innovation, stable product quality, and a comprehensive global service system. This large-scale shipment not only reflects the brand’s deep accumulation in the global market but also highlights the competitive advantages of Chinese dental medical equipment companies internationally, injecting new momentum into the industry’s development.

The General Manager of DYM stated that the company will continue to increase production investment in the coming period, planning to add two new intelligent production lines in the second half of the year to further enhance capacity.
